INSPIRING OUTDOOR CONNECTIONS

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO SHIFT THE WAY ONE FEELS ABOUT MOTHER NATURE?

A DAY WITHOUT NATURE

For some, it’s a no-brainer to think that everything ties together. For others, the lines tend to blur a bit more. The ways in which we think, consume, talk + giveback are at first taught and secondarily learned by trial + error followed by shifts in our exposures to varying opinions. With new conversations, new perspectives develop. And as the saying goes, once you’ve discovered, there’s no real turning back.

This is something that we found ourselves hoping was a way of life for many others, expanding past just our own personal reach.

Over these last few years, the awareness of the harm we’re doing both to ourselves and the world in which we live in are increasing in the ways that they are exposed. With digital media taking the front seat in the lives every day of all people, information can be found at the tap of any screen within seconds. As detrimental as this can be at times to the sanity + ability to organically connect in person, the benefits of having the opportunity to share, stream + search for more details on any topic are speeding up the timeline and the ways in which we’re able to create change and conversations about challenging topics that matter to the overall wellness of the world.  There has become an influx of ways to advocate on a larger scale for those who don’t always have the opportunity to have the loudest voice whether this be people, plants, animals or all forms of Mother Nature – the opportunities are there.

Scaling back and looking at how and where this resonates with us, it’s been apparent that in the day to day actions, this is why we do what we do. The roots of our team are planted in the mission to explore to create experiences that inspire. To educate for adventuring responsibly + advocate for consuming consciously. Moving into April and counting down the days to Earth Day on Sunday, April 22nd, we’ve decided to dedicate all of April to all things green.

Follow along this month as we carefully and consciously curate content to help educate, inspire + provide you ways get involved, on and offline.
