This crazy SoCal winter has left us stagnate + stiff.  With spring right around the corner, we’re ready to emerge from hibernation + get outside. How about you? We’re aching to get into everything, anywhere adventure takes us. To make sure we’re ready to roll, our friends at The Movement Lab have put together a series of flows to get our blood pumping + bodies ready for a spring + summer full of outdoor fun. 

Come sink your toes in the sand + enjoy another epic sunset with us. Stick around for a glass or two of cold brew or vino + campfire snacks + leave with a new adventure buddy or two to mark things off the bucket list with this year.

Sunset beach stretch sess lead by the ladies from Movement Lab followed by a bonfire at Campsite 032 with sips + camping snacks

who:

For the fellas + the ladies. Come, bring your friends + your friend’s friends (bring everyone)

cost:

$20 per person or $30 for you + a bud. (includes stretch sess, bonfire, sips, campfire snacks and Stretch + Set 5 Day Guide + Promo Punch Card to The Movement Lab. 10% of proceeds go to the Surfrider San Diego Chapter)

other details:

The ladies from The Movement Lab will lead a 30-40 min session focusing on stretching  + strengthening the muscles + joints and transitioning winter bodies into powerhouses for spring + summer adventuring in surf, hiking climbing, trail running or whatever outdoor sports you fancy. We’ll demo flows to help you focus on increasing flexibility + strengthen muscles + send you away with a few tips on cross-training for injury prevention.
Post-stretch, we’ll head back up to the campsite, throw some logs on the fire + cheers to seasons full of fun ahead.
